Spiritual Blessings in Christ

f Blessed be g the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing h in the heavenly places, i even as he j chose us in him k before the foundation of the world, that we should be l holy and blameless before him. In love m he predestined us
Or  before him in love, having predestined us
for o adoption as sons through Jesus Christ p according to the purpose of his will,
q to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in r the Beloved. s In him we have t redemption u through his blood v the forgiveness of our trespasses w according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight x making known
Or  he lavished upon us in all wisdom and insight, making known . . .
to us the mystery of his will z according to his purpose, which he aa set forth in Christ
10 as a plan for ab the fullness of time ac to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

11 In him we have obtained ad an inheritance ae having been predestined af according to the purpose of him who works all things according to ag the counsel of his will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be ah to the praise of his glory. 13 In him you also, when you heard ai the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him aj were sealed with the ak promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is al the guarantee
Or down payment
of our an inheritance until ao we acquire ap possession of it,
Or  until God redeems his possession
ar to the praise of his glory.
